What makes Saxx different?
The biggest differentiating point about Saxx is the patented Side Panels™ that prevent contact between the man’s package and his leg – helping avoid problems such as chaffing, sweating and sticking. Please see the Technology page for more information.
Where did the idea come from?
Founder Trent Kitsch was on a fishing trip in the Queen Charlotte Islands, wearing an inflatable ocean suite for hours on end. By the third day, conversations had dwindled and Kitsch was noticing a mild discomfort due to the prolonged contact between his testicles and legs. It just so happened that he was about to begin an intense year of entrepreneurship at grad school and was trying to think of a new business idea. With all this time and inspiration at his fingertips, he started to envision an evolution in men’s underwear that would prevent contact and dramatically improve comfort. It wasn’t long before he hooked up with a fashion designer and prototyped what is now the greatest innovation in men’s underwear: Saxx.
How do Saxx fit?
Saxx are designed to fit snug around the waist and legs but have ample room in the pouch to support a man’s ‘natural resting position’. Compared to other brands, Saxx fit a little on the big side so if you are wavering between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller of the two.
What kind of man would wear Saxx?
Saxx are for all men – their main function is to improve overall comfort. There are three lines which can serve in all aspects of any man’s life:
The Everyday are just like they say, an underwear for everyday living, The Bamboo are the environmentally sustainable line that are a softer alternative to The Everyday and The Performance are the athletic line that are typically worn in sports-specific situations for the athletic male.
Where can I buy Saxx?
Besides the online store, you can buy Saxx at a number of retail locations with the number growing every month. Please see the Dealer Locator for specific info.
What if a size/style is currently unavailable?
If the size or style you are looking for comes up as unavailable it means that the item is currently out of stock or it is a new addition that will be coming soon. In either case, you have two options: you can continue to check the website periodically as new stock is arriving all the time or you can email us and we will ensure that we contact you as soon as the size/style you want arrives.
What if Paypal doesn’t work for me?
Saxx can currently accept payment from Paypal alone. While there are plans to expand the payment options in the future, we have found that this has proven itself to be one of the safest and most efficient ways to manage confidential transactions online. If Paypal is being difficult or frustrating we recommend you contact Paypal itself and sincerely thank you for your efforts and patience.
What if my Paypal address is different than my current address?
If you have moved and not updated your Paypal account, your order will be sent to the old address. Please email us right away so that we can ensure that your order is sent to the correct address with no delay!
What if I haven’t been informed about the status of my shipment?
In this case, no news is good news ☺ You will only be contacted if there is a problem with your shipment, otherwise you can rest assured that your order will be arriving within the 4-week maximum.
What if I only receive part of my order?
If you order a multiple less than 5, your pairs will be shipped individually and will therefore arrive as such. It is not uncommon that the pairs may get separated in the mail and can arrive within a few days of each other so please give it at least a few days until you contact us.
What if it has been 4 weeks and I still have not received my order?
In this rare event, if you haven’t yet been contacted, please contact us via email on the site or at saxx@nolimits.ca and we will track down your order and find out why you have yet to receive it. Your support and experience are of the utmost value to us and we will do all we can to rectify any problems.
What if I want to return a pair of Saxx I ordered online?
As we all know, Saxx are underwear and underwear should not be worn then exchanged or returned due to compromising hygienic reasons. This No Return or Exchange Policy is standard in the undergarment industry – please see the How do Saxx Fit? (above) and the Saxx Fit Guide (website) to better select your size.
How can I sell Saxx?
If you are a retailer or a sales rep, please email us at through the site along with the brands you currently carry/sell, where you are, and why you think you would be great to sell Saxx. We are trying to grow at a manageable rate and the enthusiasm for Saxx has been overwhelming. We appreciate your support and emails and we will do our best to make any relationship work if the time is right!
